What a great week Stage 3 had at Borambola! The weather was fantastic, the other schools were all very friendly, the camp staff (as always) were wonderful, the accommodation was very comfortable and the food was plentiful and delicious – for what more could one ask? The range of activities was extensive and it was terrific to see every student have a go at everything. For those activities where they could have more than one go, it was great to see the kids' confidence build with each successive attempt. Kayaking, rockclimbing, craft, fencing, initiatives, low ropes course, geocaching, swimming, cookout, flying fox, BMX riding, raft building and archery were just some of the activities undertaken during the week. As part of a combined contingent of students from Ganmain, Grong Grong and Matong, everyone worked well together as a team and the behaviour of our students was beyond reproach. All students are to be commended on their efforts, manners and behaviour throughout the week. As always, I was very proud of them.
